Pairing Recommendation: Grilled meats, grilled sardines, black risotto, salami, prosciutto and medium-aged cheeses.
Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, aging in oak barrels for 2 - 3 months, and then in a bottle for 4 - 6 months.
