Kozlović Malvazija
Tasting Notes: Shows a nice pale golden colour. There is a lovely, not too intense varietal character reminiscent of ripe peaches, bit of honey, touch of dried herbs and oriental spices. Complex, refined and well defined. Dry on the palate with very good acidity levels and a quite intense character. The character on the palate is even more complex than the nose suggests. It concludes with a long and juicy finish.
Serving Recommendation: 10-12 ° C
Pairing Recommendation: Risotto with scampi or shrimps, seafood, white fish and creamy chicken dishes.

Vinification: Grapes selected and sorted by hand. Undergoes cryo maceration for 12 - 24 hours, pressing and fermentation. Ages in stainless steel for 7 months.
