Yes, you can build a mixed case that reflects the wines and experiences you’re most excited about. We don’t encourage over-consumption—we simply want you to enjoy the Croatian wines that speak to you and the moments you want to create.Browse our online shop to see what’s currently in stock, choose the bottles that fit your taste or your next meal, and put together a case that feels personal. Whether you’re pairing with dinner, exploring new regions, or sharing with friends, select what you love and order with confidence.

What if I only want 1 or 2 bottles?  Can I buy these from you?

ou’re welcome to order just 1 or 2 bottles, or any other amount that suits you.That said, shipping fees are fixed per delivery, so they are best amortized when you order a full case of 6 or 12 bottles. Choosing a 6- or 12-bottle pack (or building your own mixed case of that size) usually gives you the best value and the lowest cost per bottle delivered.Browse our online shop, pick the wines that speak to you, and order whatever quantity feels right for your next meal or gathering.

Are your wines available at the LCBO?

From time to time, select Croatia Unpacked wines appear at LCBO stores (and online), depending on local demand and regional allocation. Availability can vary by location and is never guaranteed across every store.The best and most reliable place to find our full current selection is our online shop. Simply click on any wine you’re interested in, add it to your cart, and enjoy the convenience of having it delivered straight to your door.

What is your payment process?

For personal orders, full payment is required when the order is placed.
For corporate orders, 50% deposit is required once the order is placed with the remaining balance due 48 hours prior to shipping.

Delivery is typically fulfilled within 3–5 business days.Please note that rural areas may take longer or, in some cases, may be inaccessible to our delivery partners. What are the branding options?

For corporate gifts, a high-quality Corporate Logo Sticker can be included on the wine box.  Logo engraving on the lid of the wine box is an option for an additional fee.
A personalized Corporate Message card can be included, as well as additional marketing material (space dependent) within the box.  Additional costs may apply.

Who will deliver my wine?

We ship  via private courier.  Individuals receiving wine orders are 19 years of age or older and are not intoxicated. Delivery agents are obligated to ask for proof of age (requiring two pieces of government issued identification with proof of age) and a signature of receipt.

Is there a minimum order quantity required?
