Ante Sladić Lasina Opol Rosé 2021

Tasting Notes:  Fresh, elegant and lively, it bursts with aromas of flowers and red fruits with underlying minerality.  Lasina is also known by the name of “Black rose“, indicating its gentle and elegant character.
 
Serving Recommendation: 10 - 12 °C
 
Pairing Recommendation:  Enjoy as an aperitif, or with summer salads and seafood. 
 
Vinification:  Lasina is a thick skinned grape, making in suitable for a longer maceration of approximately 24 hours, which allows for the full expression of its character.  Macerated and fermented in stainless steel.
