Tasting Notes:  "A robust, spicy, dark-fruited and pot pourri-scented red here from Croatia's native teran variety, reminiscent of, say, aglianico from the upper slopes of Mt. Vulture. I love the fine, grainy tannins, the balanced acids, the savoury-refined-earthy-complex character. I must say, this is intriguing, high-quality wine with robust and appealing personality."  John Szabo, MS - 91 pts 
 
Serving Recommendations:  16 °C.  Allow up to 1 hour to breathe.
 
Pairing Recommendations:  grilled meat, pasta, charcuterie and cheese.

Vinification:  Harvested by hand.  10 days maceration and fermentation.  Aged for 8 months in wooden barrels (30 hl).
