Tasting Notes: Bonita is a new red blend of three varieties from Goriške Brda. Merlot provides softness and elegance, the old Briška variety Pokalca (Črna Rebula) adds spiciness and fruitiness. Cabernet Sauvignon is the basis for strength.

Serving Recommendation: 16 - 18°C
Vinification: Harvesting: exclusively by hand. Vinification and fermentation: 5 days at 25-28°C in stainless steel containers. Maturation: 100% in big 600 l cask. Undergoes Malolactic fermentation.
