Tasting Notes: Gasper Pinot Grigio is a premium wine of straw yellow colour with a soft shade of pink. The aroma of the wine is reminiscent of ripe pear, grapefruit, pineapple, melon and cinnamon. On the palate, it gives a smooth taste, medium-bodied with a silky citrus finish reflecting rich soil of Goriska Brda.
Pairing Recommendation: As an aperitif or accompaniment to seafood dishes, salads and white meats and poultry.
