Tasting Notes: Dark ruby red with espresso brown hues. The herbal-spicy aroma evokes black pepper, mint and pine wood. In the background we meet a pleasant violet flower bouquet, fresh fruity notes of blueberry and plum as well as cocoa butter. The mouthfeel is rich and smooth. The finish is slightly spicy.
Pairing Recommendation: Beef steak with green pepper, grilled pork, florentine steaks and spicy mature cheeses.
Serving Recommendation: 16 - 18 °C
Vinification: Harvesting: hand-picked. Fermentation: Vinification 8 – 10 days, T= 25 – 28˚C. Maturation 100% in big oak barrels
