Veralda Xtrian Rosé

Tasting Notes:  Intense scent of citrus, red Sicilian orange, pink grapefruit, red berries like red gooseberry, with floral scents of rose, white tea and orange blossom. In the mouth dry, medium to full bodied, with a serious texture and structure.  Ripe and long fresh fruity finish.
 
Serving Recommendation: 8 - 10 °C 
 
Pairing Recommendation:  Enjoy as an aperitif, or as an accompaniment to a wide variety of summer dishes.

Vinification:   Produced by selecting Teran grapes from the part of the vineyard with the best ratio of freshness and concentration of sugar and aromas.  Grapes are carefully picked and gently pressed so as not to extract too much colour and immature tannins.
