Coronica Co Due (CO Due) – Traditional Method Sparkling Malvazija from Istria, Croatia

Discover one of Croatia’s most distinctive traditional-method sparkling wines. Coronica Co Due is a pure Malvazija Istarska (Malvasia Istriana) sparkling wine from the Istrian Peninsula, crafted using the classic method and aged for 36 months on the lees. This dry, high-quality Croatian sparkling wine offers a refined alternative to more familiar fizz — elegant, saline, and full of character.

Tasting Notes Medium straw in colour with a tight, taut nose that leans floral and herbal rather than overtly fruity. Subtle, tonic and appealing, it invites exploration. On the palate, the wine shines with remarkable sapidity and salinity — a true mineral saltiness that keeps you coming back for another sip. Crunchy, dry and beautifully precise, this is a sparkling wine well outside the classic Champagne circuit, yet absolutely worth seeking out.
