Šimić Viljamovka is crafted from fully ripe Williams pears grown in the distillery’s own orchards. Using 10–12 kg of pears per litre and aged for at least three years, it offers intense ripe-pear aromas, a balanced palate, elegant dryness and a long finish. Gold Medal & Outstanding 98 Points — IWSC London 2025.
 
Rossi Travarica captures the Mediterranean character of Istria. Made from Istrian Malvazija pomace and infused with 15 aromatic Mediterranean herbs, then aged in oak, it reveals notes of walnut, almond, hazelnut and sage, with a dry, warm palate and long, gently bitter finish. Grand Gold Medal & Best Croatian Spirit — Frankfurt International Trophy, 97 Points.
