Simic Williams Viljamovka

Award-winning Williams Brandy from Destilerija Šimić, Viljamovka  is a refined Croatian pear brandy made from hand-picked, fully ripe Williams pears grown in the distillery’s own orchards. Using approximately 10–12 kg of pears for every litre of spirit and aged for a minimum of three years, it delivers an intensely aromatic and authentic expression of ripe Williams pear, with a full, balanced palate, delicate fruit notes, elegant dryness and a layered, long-lasting finish. Its international recognition includes a Gold Medal and Outstanding 98 points rating at the IWSC London 2025.
 
For the best tasting experience, enjoy it chilled at 8–10°C in a tulip-shaped glass, allowing the distinctive pear aromas and refined character to fully emerge.
