Rossi Travarica (Herbal Brandy)

Tasting Notes:  Golden colour.  On the nose you will find walnut, almonds, hazelnut, and sage. On the palate it is dry, warm, and intense with a long, slightly bitter finish.
 
Serving Recommendation:  Serve neat at 10 - 12°C.

Production:   Rossi Travarica is made from distilled Istrian Malvazija pomace, enriched with 15 Mediterranean aromatic herbs.  After distillation, it is aged for 6 months in oak barrels.
